Customer Service Representative needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Knoxville, TN.
The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Experience in transportation, order processing, or customer service.
What will You be Doing:
- Schedule delivery appointments with customers, vendors, and mills meeting their requirements and supporting the shipment planning process.
- Accurate and timely entry of delivery appointments into the appropriate system, accompanied by identification and communication of exceptions to requested arrival.
- Create shipments that are complete and accurate in time to meet daily loading / unloading schedules.
- Assists Analyst in administrative assignments as required to achieve maximum team efficiency
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- High school education and advanced education
- Four to six years of office experience including a high level of administrative or operational skills and several years of experience supporting management is typically required, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Corporation's Transportation organization is preferred to acquire the systems and process knowledge to perform at the Transportation Operations Technician level.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
