Data Entry Operator III needed for a contract hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in Emeryville, CA.
The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Two to three (2-3) years of experience in GMP documentation, data entry, data mining and data querying
- Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, MS Access & PowerPoint
- Must have strong Pharma GMP process knowledge.
What you'll be doing:
- Support continuous process verification process, DR investigations, Lifecycle processes and Annual product reviews through appropriate data analysis by collaboration with other functional departments (MS&T, Manufacturing, QA, Engineering and QC
- Enter all relevant parameter information in Manufacturing information management system (MIMS) from Batch production documents and other GMP documents
- Verification of data entries for accuracy
- Provide data support by extracting data from GLIMS / SAP / MiMS and other programs
- Provide data support for Annual product reviews Prepare data / control chart analysis for the product / batches identified
- Support data analysis during DR investigation and agency inspections as needed Collaborate with Manufacturing Science and Technology, Manufacturing, and Quality
- Oral and written communication
- Ability to understand Pharma GMP manufacturing processes and flow from one operation to another
- Ability to lead small data mining / data querying projects
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelors degree in finance / accounting related field
- Four (4+) years finance / accounting experience, with BPA / FPA experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to pay strict attention to details
- Strong systems and software skills including Excel and SAP experience
