Video Conference Support Job

Video Hotline Representative needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Newtown Square, PA.

The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess:

- Video Conferencing networking
- BlueJeans and other Cloud Video Bridging
- MCU bridging, Cisco TMS and Cisco TelePresence

What You'll Be Doing:

- Support of Video Conference platforms (Polycom, Cisco Telepresence) including a Migration to Microsoft LYNC project
- Interface with carriers for trouble reporting (TAC) for existing services and provide guidance to carriers to drive problem resolution
- Maintaining / updating of Video platform documentation using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc)
- Perform testing and various conference room setup
- Logging and updating of troubles using SAP IT Direct ticketing system for troubles
- Performing needed wiring changes for Telecom AT&T 110 MDF
- Interface with carriers including ordering of TDM and SIP

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- General knowledge of Video Conferencing networking from Cisco and Polycom
- Knowledge of Fundamental PBX concepts
- Good communication and customer interaction skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Working knowledge of MCU bridging, Cisco TMS and Cisco TelePresence.
- Working knowledge of BlueJeans and other Cloud Video Bridging
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- MS Lync a plus.
- Cisco or Microsoft certifications a plus
