E-Commerce Project Manager needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Philadelphia, PA!

What You'll Be Doing:

- The Project Manager serves as a high level technical and professional process expert who will provide project management knowledge for the Tessitura purchase path replacement project
- Incumbent is responsible for the creation of overall program plan, review and implementation of project plans to achieve the goals and objectives of the upgrade project
- The project manager will be responsible for managing the cross-organizational, and complex project through implementation of procedures and controls across the organization
- The incumbent will be knowledgeable in and champion for all aspects of the project management life cycle
- Providing project management for the Tessitura purchase path replacement project for client's o On-line sales of subscription/season ticket packages such as On-line sales of single tickets, On-line sales of Gift Certificates, On-line processing of ticket exchanges, Patron self-management of patron profile data, etc.
- Tessitura is the back-end application used by the client to provide the e-commerce services that comprise the purchase path. The Purchase Path will be used to provide e-commerce services client's end users
- Creating, reviewing and validating project plans, resource requirements and schedules with business leaders and consultants; incorporating consultants project plans into overall project plan
- Ensuring that project requirements and scope are clearly outlined and understood by all project participants to ensure project success
- Monitoring project execution status and ensuring that project scorecards are appropriately updated and maintained; and controlling project issues and the risk management process and ensuring that cross functional issues are resolved
- Partnering with the business and cross-functional support team members to develop and implement best practices that will ensure the primary goals of the project are achieved
- Ensure appropriate testing including positive and negative testing unit testing, integration testing, stress testing are conducted
- Evaluate and ensure appropriate PCI compliance regulations are met
- Ensure cutover plans are thought out and tested along with contingency plans
- Supporting the project leadership and governance team by Being an Active member and contributor to the core team composed of members from Client, IT Services and outside Partners that support and utilize the Purchase Path; - Define decision making and escalation process; Leadership, planning and communication on the project (Highly Visible Role!); Tracking projects using appropriate tools and working with peers efficiently to allocate resources and meet department objectives; Defining and deploying best practices in relation to project management; Ensuring that the appropriate procedures are being followed and enforced; Preparing communications and status reports.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Business Analyst with minimum five (5) years of experience in Cloud and SAAS based environments
- Experience in building requirements for enterprise implementations ideally related to payroll and HR systems
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation for IT systems
- Self-motivated, fast learner with exceptional follow-through and capable of working independently
- Excellent client-engagement and communication skills
- Superior project and time management skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and quality
- Excellent, demonstrated ability to express complex concepts in verbal and other forms
