Technical Support Specialist

The ideal applicant will:
  • Provide great phone and email customer support to all levels of our client’s sales force who utilize websites on PCs and mobile devices to manage their business.
  • Be knowledgeable in training website navigation over the phone.
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, logical thinking, and reasoning skills.
  • Have a good understanding of Internet Service Providers and browser options.

Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • At least 3 years of recent phone support experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
