Morning Kitchen Team Members 5:30-1:30pm/9-5pm

Kitchen team members are trained in every aspect of the kitchen from food safety and preparation to presentation and sanitation. We want every team member to be knowledgeable in all areas of the kitchen so they can be versatile and find ways to increase their productivity and potential. No prior kitchen experience is necessary, but it does play a role in determining your starting base wage. Other factors that are considered is your availability, dependability and skill. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.

You must be 18 or older to work in the kitchen in the morning, have a reliable means of transportation and adequate availability. Bilingual (English and Spanish) applicants are encouraged.

Flexible Hours…We will work with your other commitments to provide a job that satisfies our needs and your schedule. Chick-fil-A is open Monday through Saturday 6am to 10pm and closed on Sunday. Working an opening shift means that you start at 5:30am and make sure that you leave your area adequately cleaned and stocked for the next shift before you leave.

Competitive Pay…Full Time Morning Kitchen Team Members starting at $15.00 an hour, Part Time Morning Kitchen Team Members starting at $12-14.00. We provide yearly reviews and opportunity for advancement and growth based on skill and performance. 

• Flexible Hours...You probably have commitments to your family, friends, school or sports teams. We will try to arrange your work schedule around them. All Chick-fil-A Units are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends
