The Art Institute of Chicago is currently seeking a Lead Housekeeper:
Duties
Oversees and performs the work of a custodian(s) or other personnel engaged in performing custodial duties. Assigns work, supervises, trains and gives instructions to custodial employees. Makes daily inspections of all custodial work. Maintains a high standard of safety. Reports faulty equipment and building repairs. Moves furniture, cleans washrooms, vacuums and cleans offices. Removes snow, cleans outdoor fountains and pools. Maintains inventory of supplies and materials.
Qualifications
Three years previous cleaning experience desired. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Ability to operation automatic floor machines, wet/dry vacuum, higher pressure washer, buffers and similar equipment preferred. Must be able to follow written instructions.

-Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
-Monday - Friday
