PayPal is seeking a Administrative Assistant to support three leaders (Sr. Director, Merchant Enagement Engineering, Sr. Director Merchant Engagement Products, Sr. Director). Job Requirements Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include, but are not limited to the following:

* Organize, plan and coordinate meetings, and events

* Manage domestic and international travel booking

* Help coordinate complex documents and presentations.

* Provide support on special projects

* Completes expense reports, IT tickets, HR requests etc.

* Manage calendars and coordinate with other assistants to implement smooth operating rhythms for the organization and to proactively ensure proper preparation

* Proactively develop and maintain agendas for key meetings

* Work effectively with the Director of Operations for Communications Brand and Global Consumer Marketing to manage schedules, and support effectiveness of the senior team

* Take ownership of day to day management of the brand, advertising and media teams, including new hire logistics, onboarding and overall team needs

* Work effectively with PayPal Sr. Executive assistants to ensure smooth day to day operations

* Strong time management, process management and productivity skills. Expert calendar management. Understands overall department priorities, and aligns schedules and meetings appropriately

* A natural curiosity and desire to learn and understand the activities within and the function of the Brand, Advertising and Media teams

* Intuitive sense of confidentiality and a gatekeeper and management of access to the right people and directing requests to the right area

* Self-starter and self-directed: understands the needs of the executives and proactively helps out and addresses gaps and opportunities

* A problem solver; finds way to circumvent or remove roadblocks

* Ability to be a team player and build relationships to solve problems

* A creative thinker; able to find solutions potentially outside of normal channels

* Consistently and proactively suggests and introduces new ways of working to improve effectiveness

* Effectively work with a diverse group of people

* Strong business writing skills. Experienced with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

* Ability to learn internal intranet systems specific to PayPal

* Experienced with highly confidential information
