Job Summary

  • Works with senior management to determine, implement, plan, develop and coordinate production standards.

General Accountabilities

  • Works with senior management to determine and implement production standards.
  • Oversees work and provides technical guidance to production staff.
  • Oversees equipment maintenance and effectively works with contractors who enter premises.
  • Establishes guidelines for efficiency and safety.
  • Reports human resource issues to Operations Manager.
  • Assist in decisions regarding hiring and firing of production staff.
  • Assists in the preparation of standard operating procedures for all production personnel. 
  • Confers with customers, marketing and sales teams.
  • Ensures production activity complies with budgetary limitations and time constraints.
  • Assists with training of new employees.
  • The Company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. 

Job Qualifications

  • Preferred Education: High School diploma
  • Preferred Experience: 2-5 Years

  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Specific vision abilities required for this job include: close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust or focus
