Job Summary
- Works with senior management to determine, implement, plan, develop and coordinate production standards.
General Accountabilities
- Works with senior management to determine and implement production standards.
- Oversees work and provides technical guidance to production staff.
- Oversees equipment maintenance and effectively works with contractors who enter premises.
- Establishes guidelines for efficiency and safety.
- Reports human resource issues to Operations Manager.
- Assist in decisions regarding hiring and firing of production staff.
- Assists in the preparation of standard operating procedures for all production personnel.
- Confers with customers, marketing and sales teams.
- Ensures production activity complies with budgetary limitations and time constraints.
- Assists with training of new employees.
- The Company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Job Qualifications
- Preferred Education: High School diploma
- Preferred Experience: 2-5 Years
