The position will be play an important role in the monitoring of and reporting on compliance with Treasury policies designed to govern market, liquidity, operational, counterparty and legal risks;. This position will work closely with the Finance Risk and Controls team and partner with process owners (Directors and Vice Presidents) in Treasury to understand processes, ensure that risks are appropriately identified and that controls to mitigate the risks are in place, and that there is timely and informative reporting on the state of Treasury’s risk and control environment. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Perform testing of compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, assess the implications of noncompliance, and partner with internal cross-functional teams in several locations to assist with remediation of noncompliance
• Provide controls consultation to internal customers in evaluating new transactions and processes as well as in contemplating changes to existing processes
• Working all levels of Treasury management in ensuring that business, financial, operational, legal and regulatory risks in areas that they own are identified, documented and appropriately measured – providing effective challenge, when appropriate;
• Partnering with the various Risk and Compliance organizations in ensuring that evolving requirements are understood, feedback on implementation implications is provided, and to lead efforts across Finance to ensure finalized requirements are implemented and sustained;
• Partner with process and control owners on completion of Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA);
• Support monthly risk and control reporting requirements to Senior Leadership, Corporate Risk Management (CRM), Legal and Compliance
• Promote a risk-aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-7 years of experience, preferably in risks and controls or audit
• Strong written and oral communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with and influence diverse internal customer base and varying levels of management (within in and outside own organizational hierarchy)
• Ability and desire to work in a fast paced, demanding and rapidly changing environment
• CPA, CIA, CRMA or other risk and control certifications are considered a plus
