We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Administrative Assistant.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Our client, a Global Electronics and Technology Company located in Silicon Valley, is looking for a bright and talented administrative assistant to work at their San Jose site.
this is a long-term contract, with a target start date of June 1.
Location: San Jose, CA
Responsibilities
Provide assistance on scheduling meetings, travel, group events
Support executive department head and the team (file expenses, travel arrangement, scheduling meetings)
Work with external companies to locate appropriate executive counterparts for meetings
Work with various internal company teams to ensure that department processes for purchases and travel are followed correctly
Work with legal team to submit requests for ndas between companies
Interact with teams in korea to schedule joint meetings and events.
Collect, compile and distribute periodic activity and budget reports, serve as administrative liaison with external partner organizaions
Requirements
Undergraduate college degree preferred
Strong english language spoken and written communication
Experience using ms windows on pcs, microsoft office software suite (word, excel & powerpoint)
Past experience in an administrative or operational role (3 - 5 years prferred)
Must be a self-starter, and show initiative to identify and resolve issues
Must be good at multi-tasking, and prioritizing amongst several frequently changing assignments
Deadline/goal-oriented, high energy individual
Interested in consumer electronics, and technology in general
Bilingual korean/english language preferred but not required
