The Sr Manager, Digital Retail Pharmacy Analytics will be responsible for accelerating the pace of digital innovation at CVSHealth with high-impact actionable analysis and reporting. We are looking for a business insights star who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, creating insightful analysis on the go and learning new reporting systems and analytical tools.

The Sr. Manager will manage a team of analysts and will be responsible for planning and execution of reporting and analytics that support Digital Retail Pharmacy initiatives. He / she will partner with the product and project management in Digital team, IT, Finance, and Pharmacy Ops teams to quantify opportunities and risks in the product map of Digital Pharmacy. This person will identify the data and infrastructure required to generate cohesive analysis to better understand customers' behavior and build key success metrics to evaluate the impact of various projects and enhancements. Additionally, this individual must function as a highly effective leader in a matrix environment given the role of serving various stakeholders on the enterprise and business unit teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Drive analytics to support projects and product enhancements for Digital Retail Pharmacy

* Work closely with senior leadership and product managers to deliver key online and offline metrics and support the process of building business cases and estimating expected projects benefits

* Collaborate to understand the goals of the project's enhancements to customer online experience. Champion / evangelize the importance of incremental measurement for new enhancements. Use deep subject matter expertise to help business partners define key success metrics and build measurement plan for each project

* Manage process for providing reporting requirements and test / validate new reports

* Manage post deployment reporting and analysis based on the success metrics, provide business and product teams with insights for post deployment performance

* Partner with the Digital Retail Pharmacy team to communicate progress to reaching annual goals throughout the year

* Maintain and manage process for issuing regular reports, ensure timely and accurate publishing process; educate business partners how to use various reporting elements

* Provide leadership and subject matter expertise on best practices and standards for developing analysis and reporting

* Develop and manage forecasting of annual goals

* Present findings to the senior leaders within Digital and outside business partners

* Answer various strategic and tactical ad hoc questions, drive the process of building best in class reporting and analytical platforms to support CVS Digital goals

* Interface with internal clients to understand requests, develop analytics to address issues, prioritize ad hoc tasks, and set clear expectations across teams

* Leverage Big Data tools to discover and untap the power of analytical insights; connect various data sources to drive advanced and actionable analytics (Click stream data, offline transactions, survey data, etc.) in the analytics sand box

* Enhance current reporting tools and develop new tools needed to support the increasing digital landscape

* Build and lead a team of data stewards to support Digital enterprise product leads. Establish individual and team goals, mentor and coach analysts to further their professional growth

Required Qualifications 1. 8-10 years of data and/or web analytics experience

2. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills as well as demonstrated skills in fact based analysis using large amount of structured and unstructured data, including the ability to persuasively present insights and recommendations to senior management

3. Deep understanding of web/mobile analytics tools such as Localytics, Webtrends, Omniture, Core Metrics, etc.

4. Knowledge of various data mining techniques to generate business insights

5. Project oriented, pro-active, and self-motivated work style with proven ability to manage effectively multiple projects with changing priorities in a fast paced environment

6. Ability to communicate analysis findings to senior executives in a cohesive and persuasive manner

7. Strengths in structured and logical thinking, problem solving, issue resolution, and attention to detail

8. 4+ years of experience in conducting highly quantitative analytics

9. 2+ years experience in advanced SQL with a strong understanding of data warehouse architecture
