This Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Digital leadership team. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

-Heavy calendar management for Digital leadership team

-On-boarding all employees, receiving laptops, software, hardware cell phones, and etc.

-Coordinate office moves

-Extending contractor's contracts

-Digital Enterprise Department invoicing

-Managing supplies, printers, copiers, and etc.

-Invoicing process, tracking

-Assisting with the help desk and IT department

-Expenses, travel, filing, presentations and copying, as needed

-Provide back up to Executive Assistant, when needed

-Meeting coordination and support department communications.

-Work with facilities to manage the Digital Experience Center needs

Required Qualifications -Proven self-starter and problem-solver with a high attention to detail

-Must be proactive and exhibit a calm, pleasant, and professional demeanor

-Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills

-Superior verbal and written communication skills

-Must establish a wide range of productive working relationships across the organization

-Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

-Advanced analytical and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications -5+ years professional experience

Education -Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associates Degree required
