The Product Manager -- Specialty Digital Pharmacy will develop digital product requirements, manage digital product features for CVS/Specialty Pharmacy, deliver go-to market and support the market readiness and adoption strategies. This individual will develop business requirements for the enterprise digital pharmacy products. They will drive the scoping and definition process for new digital product concepts including business case, product specifications and prototyping. They will manage product roadmap deliverables and will work closely with engineering, user experience, pharmacy operations, legal, marketing, customer service, PR, and executive teams to bring products to market, develop and grow business opportunities. They will collaborate with technical, creative and business stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate product implementations. This person will work with appropriate partners to extend pharmacy solutions across all appropriate digital channels and work with the innovation teams to understand how new concepts can fit within the CVS/Specialty digital roadmap.

Specific responsibilities include:

* Taking on end-to-end ownership of digital projects and successfully delivering results in a dynamic and complex healthcare environment.

* Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners.

* Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, user experience design, and project management counterparts to deliver products/services.

* Develop robust insights to inform requirements and recommendations by leveraging market research, competitive benchmarking, scenario planning, and other strategy tools

* Strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, and attention to detail.

* Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives.

* Ability to be decisive in ambiguous situations.

* Understanding of pharmacy and clinical data and content.

Responsibilities:

* Define the product development and deliver requirements for the evolution of a best in class Speicalty Online Pharmacy.

* Work closely with the digital teams that support mobile, prototyping, user experience, metrics, content, and communication required to deliver and enhance the Specialty patient digital experience.

* Influence and implement both the short and long term product roadmap along with continuously identifying testing and optimization opportunities to maximize ROI

* Collaborate with technical, testing and business stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate product implementations so that we are achieving maximum value out of roadmap initiatives

Required Qualifications * 5+ years professional experience in a product management/development, project management, business analyst or information architect type role with a demonstrated track record of high achievement and progressive responsibility

* Deep understanding of consumer behavior, within eCommerce and digital transactions, combined with creativity and nimbleness to deal with complexity and to quickly identify potential solutions and sources of value

* Passion for the digital ecosystem and how innovations can meaningfully drive engagement, empowerment, and the overall consumer experience and drive the company's objectives

* Broad-based experience in the evaluation, optimization, and application of digital technologies and media, digital reporting and analytics

* Ability to adapt to changing priorities, be decisive under ambiguity, and meet compressed timelines

* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate complicated concepts and recommended courses of action to engage diverse audiences and influence senior executives

* Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead initiatives, establish strong working relationships, as well as partnering interdependently as required

* Health care industry experience preferred and Specialty conditions (Multiple Scolorsis, Rheuatoid Arthitis, HIV, Transplant operations, Hepetitis C, Oncology, etc.) experience a plus
