Ice Cream Maker
The overall responsibility of an Ice Cream Maker is to ensure the store is adequately stocked with ice cream, yogurt, sherbet and ice on a daily basis.
Job Duties:
- Produce ice cream, yogurt, sherbet, ice
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Possess working knowledge of ice cream making equipment
- Clean & sanitize ice cream making equipment
- Complete flavor sheet daily
- Scoop ice cream on an as-needed basis
Qualifications: The position of Ice Cream Maker requires organization, cleanliness and attention to detail. Prior food/ice cream preparation experience helpful.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Position requires frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 lbs. maximum, mainly into and out of a walk-in cooler/freezer.
- Requires walking or standing to a significant degree.
