CVS Caremark is seeking a Pharmacy Auditor in Scottsdale, AZ to review any pharmacy claims submitted through the CVS Caremark claims processing systems. The Pharmacy Auditor will identify and rectify claims inaccuracies that would result in client overpayment. Responsibilities of the Pharmacy Auditor: * Contact pharmacies for proper documentation or resubmission of inaccurate claims information in a timely manner * Monitor assigned clients and report status on a regular basis * Work closely with internal and external customers to directly impact departmental success A Pharmacy Technician certification must be obtained within first year of employment. Required Qualifications:
*Knowledge of CVS Caremark (or other Pharmacy Benefit Management) claims processing systems *Excellent communication skills *Ability to work and make decisions independently with a self-starter mentality *Knowledge of LTC and PBM industries Preferred Qualifications:
*Pharmacy Technician Certification Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of work experience. Pharmacy Technician certification desired (if not currently certified, must be obtained within first year of employment) Business Overview:
