Assistant Project Manager wanted!
An Assistant Project Manager (APM) assists in running complex renovation and construction projects for our clients in the Commercial, Institutional, Science, Retail and Hospitality sectors. An APM reports to the Project Manager and splits their time between the office and the field. Hours can be early and sometimes late. APMs thrive in our team-oriented culture when they bring with them a genuine spirit to collaborate and strong communication skills.

Under the supervision of the Project Manager an APM assists in the planning, scheduling and controlling of preconstruction, project setup, procurement, construction and closeout of a project. This position is critical to the success of a project and provides a diversity of experience. Responsibilities include permitting, management of the procurement process, submittal process, and various project control logs to track these processes, as well as Document Control, RFIs and Project Change Orders. APMs play a significant role in the preparation and coordination of all project meetings and assistant in the cost projection process.

Expierence: 4-year degree in construction management.

Additional experience in APM or construction support role.
Sense of urgency, time management and ability to multitask is essential,must be organized and able to take/follow direction from PM.
