This AA/receptionist role will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the reception area as well as provide support to the Client Management Executive and sales team as needed. In addition to performing receptionist duties, this role will perform diverse, advanced and confidential projects or activities at one time, requiring the ability to multi task. Will be involved in high level client contact which will require the use of exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and considerable tact. Requires advancedadministrative support skills (calendaring, meeting planning, expense preparation, travel planning). Must be detail-oriented. Highproficiency with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and excel. Knowledge of other software programs is a plus.

Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, great attention to detail, responsive, proactive, positive attitude, and be able to work well in a fast-paced team environment. Must be computer literate, Office XP, Excel PowerPoint, Word. Must be able to work independently. Must have Financial Services experience, work on multiple tasks at a time. Be able to be a team player, manages and deals with change well.
