Schedule is 40 hrs. Fri, Sat, Sun Mon 6am - 4:30pm or until when work is completed. NOTE: Schedule is open-ended and shift ends when all the work is completed. Must be able to work mandatory overtime required as needed.
Starting pay is $11.50 per hour. This position is benefits eligible.
This position will be running various high speed equipment. Putting away mail from incoming post office's. Sorting mail according to customers instructions. Duties may also include: capturing, sorting and/or distributing items or documents using machinery to meet requirements; preparing and organizing work for subsequent processing through machines; executing jobs through PC or CRT; monitoring process; performing routine maintenance and repairs. Works under direct supervision, receiving detailed instruction on work.
6+ months experience operating equipment. Ability to work under direct supervision and follow specific guidelines. Able to operate simple machines and perform basic maintenance and repairs. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven, production environment. Previous Lockbox, mailroom, or other production environment background preferred.
