Tele Sales Qualification Associate needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Brea, CA.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Qualify all form submissions generated from NACO marketing efforts (i.e. email, webinar, etc)
- Probe into contact / prospect's needs for diagnostic products against established processes and call scripts to qualify prospects into marketing qualified lead, B lead or other
- Collect relevant contact information
- Execute tele lead gen campaigns
- Conduct campaign telephone follow-up to prospect for sales ready leads
- Execute tele lead gen campaigns as part of marketing campaigns, new product launch support, and other commercial activities
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree (science preferred) and two (2) or more years of telemarketing or telesales in B2B market or Master's degree in field with zero to two (0-2) years of telemarketing or telesales in B2B market
- Strong communication and selling skills
- Able to politely and thoughtfully navigate to key decision makers and influencers of coding and marking purchases
BONUS Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Two (2) or more years of telemarketing or telesales in B2B market
