Digital Ad Operations, Marketing Events Coordinator needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Silver Spring, MD.

- Coordinator will provide support to the Operations and Marketing team within the Corporate Education Partnerships group.
- Responsibilities will fall into the following key areas: online ad operations, program marketing, event logistics, and general business operations.
- Monitor ad inventory to confirm availability via targeted online properties
- Enter new ad contracts in ad operations platform
- Ensure that creative assets and tags are delivered according to specifications
- Maintain list of current contracts / submitted proposals and distribute to team
- Gather performance data regularly via internal and third party reporting tools such as Dart, Atlas, Pointroll, etc.
- Report metrics to Sales and Account teams, highlighting potential under-delivery
What You'll Be Doing:
- Gather screenshots of all placements for each new live campaign
- Deliver reports to advertisers on a monthly basis
- Maintain ad campaigns based on reporting and stewardship, booking make-goods and/or optimizing campaigns as necessary based on performance or client requests
- Coordinate with Ad Operations team on any campaign updates
- Work with Ad Ops to ensure that paid advertisers are billed accurately based on monthly delivery
- Manage relationship with Ad Network & RTB partners
- Update client Education website via CMS to strategically promote programs
- Upload monthly social media posts to social scheduling tools, e.g. Hootsuite, and assist with social media copywriting as needed
- Collect and traffic weekly assets for divisional marketing newsletters
- Coordinate with print vendors and list suppliers to deliver direct mail and email campaigns
- Gather monthly metrics for all marketing outreach and website statistics, track campaign and tactic performance, and populate dashboards summarizing overall program reach and engagement
- Share partnership updates with divisional colleagues, coordinating with Account Management teams to highlight program news, marketing tools and creative assets.
- Update and maintain event calendars
- Open tickets with internal design group and coordinate event design requests (signage, invitations, etc)
- Research and order event premiums, catering, decorations and supplies
- Set up registration pages for events and virtual field trips
- Manage and archive photo release forms and event waivers
- Prepare events materials (bags, folders, registration lists, supplies, etc.) and ship to event venues
- On-site event support
- Maintain grid tracking status of all vendor contracts; file contracts and other vendor paperwork in shared folders
