Installer - Full-time

This person will follow the Lead Installers instructions throughout the entire installations process, from delivery to completion, of Space Saver shelving and other high density mobile systems. We are looking for candidates with strong initiative and willingness to learn. They need to be able to work well individually and as part of a team. Qualified candidates must have a strong knowledge of mechanical and electronic systems. The Install Helper will also need to have customer service skills.





Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


· Reads blueprints and other specifications to determine method of installation, work procedures, and material, tool, and work aid requirements.


· Lays out reference lines and points for use in computing location and position of Space Saver shelving and high density mobile systems.


· Installs rails, floor, carriages, and shelving. Fits and fastens into specified position on wall and/or floor. Utilize various tools to accomplish task, including frequent and prolonged use of hammer drill.


· Load and unloading trucks outside.


· Travel to client sites.


· Other duties may be assigned.





Certificates and Licenses:


· Valid Driver License from the United States of America.


· Dot Card





Travel


100% travel to client sites. Will require occasional overnight travel and overnight stays.
