About this job

This position is responsible for the planning, design, implementation, and migration to Office 365. The primary objective is helping implement in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, resources, and business partners. Skilled candidates also use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project's scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment. This also includes understanding various technology platforms, scoping, planning, tracking, measuring, and reporting on status of projects. Interacts with other IT team members, Business Units, and external partners.

Requirements for this position include project budgeting, scoping, and substantial documentation skills and experience with design, planning, and migration to Office 365 for mid-sized to large environments.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
**The candidate must have former experience with conversion from on premise office tools to using Office 365 Cloud solution**

Education: Bachelor's Degree
Course of Study/Major: Information Technology or Computer Science
Type of Credentials/Licenses: PMP Certified

Related Work Experience: 6-8 years
* 5+ years of experience leading projects in a Project Manager role (preferably with Infrastructure Project Management experience).
* Experience with project/resource management methods and tools, resource planning, project financial tracking, risk management, and project management life cycle processes and disciplines.
* Proven ability to perform business analysis and document project requirements.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a large global environment.
* Experience managing projects being resourced in a matrixed support structure.
* Demonstrated strong communication, presentation, documentation, and technical writing skills.
* Experience in risk management.
* Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
* Experience in various project management tools. Service-Now, MS Excel, MS Project, etc.
* Experience facilitating meetings involving customers and technical staff, including building consensus and mediating compromises when necessary.
* Experience in managing projects for the technology infrastructure in a real time, 24X7 environment involving numerous systems and subsystems and interdependencies.
* Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated ability to learn and quickly comprehend new concepts and technologies.
* Demonstrated strong leadership, mentoring, and delegates appropriately.
* Demonstrated strong judgment and decision-making ability.
* Experience producing status reports for multiple audiences, including general project parameters and knowledge of statistical analysis.
* Willingness to accept responsibilities outside the explicitly defined role.
