Part Time Customer Service Representative

A reputable company in Frederick, Colorado is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their team! This location is very accessible, right off of I-25, and is a short drive from Loveland and North Denver. This position will include inbound phone calls, data entry, e-mail and excellent customer service. No sales or outbound calls will be required!

Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good typing skills (>35 wpm)
- Great experience with computers (data entry, e-mail, Microsoft Office)
- Comfortable with high volumes of inbound phone calls - NO sales!

Requirements:
- Ability to commit to 2 full weeks of training (Monday-Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM) in 1st week in Fort Collins/2nd week in Frederick
- Candidates must be willing to submit to a background check

Schedules available are part-time (20-25 hours - opportunity to pick up shifts as desired to earn more hours) with ranging shift times as well to accommodate schedules. This position will pay $12.00 per hour, with potential for bonuses based on performance.
