Job Responsibilities:
Provide superior customer service while safely moving, packing and unpacking customer belongings. Greet customers in a friendly manner while completing a walk-through of client premise. Assist the driver with vehicle inspections and moving equipment. Complete paperwork and payment collection. Work in teams of 2-4 people, depending on the schedule of the day and size of the moves.
Hours:
Must be open to working 7am-8pm M-Saturday.
Qualifications:
Must Have:
1. High school diploma or GED
2. 1+ year customer service related position
3. Ability to lift heavy items (100lbs or more) repeadedly while balanceing, climbing, kneeling, crouching walking etc.
4. Valid Drivers License
5. 21 Years of Age or Older
Nice to Have:
1. Chauffeur's License (Drivers make $14 after training)
Performance Expectations:
Reviews occur every 3 months. Performace is based on how long the moves take and customer satisfaction survey scores. Bonuses are given on a monthly basis based on survey scores.
