Facilitites Tech - Full-time / Part-time

Will perform routine and PM on building, grounds and equipment, including some carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Working under close supervision, assists in monitoring building system operations and performance. Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, masonary, heating and cooling. Will need to be able to operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, equipment, machinery and vehicles. In some cases will need to transport, assemble, repair and move office furniture and equipment.May also plant flowers, clean grounds every morning, etc.

Will be in charge of daily inspections which consists of inspecting 20 bedrooms (4 beds per room) for maintenance issues and then repairing if needed. Room inspections are on M, W, and F and Office inspections are on T & Th.

Must be orgainized and systematic with inspections and pm work.
