With our knowledge of the medical, functional and psychosocial aspects of geriatric care, we partner with patients, families and caregivers to improve quality of life. Our four Senior Healthcare Centers are outpatient departments of North Florida Regional Medical Center, recognized by The Joint Commission for upholding the highest standards of quality care.
Provides safe and effective nursing care to assigned patients utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for the direction and supervision of personnel assigned to deliver that care.
EDUCATION REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED:
Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED:
1 year related experience.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
Demonstrated skills in organization, verbal and written communications, customer service, math, analysis, reading, following instruction, basic computer usage.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
RN license in the State of Florida. BLS.
