Sodexo is seeking a strong, dynamic Environmental Services/Custodial Manager for Sinai-Grace Hospital. This healthcare account is part of the Detroit Medical Center and Tenet Health Systems. It is a 400 bed, acute care union facility that is very busy covering 700,000 square feet. We are in search of a self motivated leader with the desire to deliver outstanding results for the organization. The ability to motivate and inspire staff to exceed expectations is a desired characteristic for this day shift manager. Patient through put is a major emphasis as well as delivering high patient satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have strong management skills along with floor care and housekeeping experience. Hospitality background in hotels and/or healthcare is ideal. Must be able to drive HCAHPS results to a high level and understand ENGAGE patient satisfaction process. Overall, will need to motivate hourly staff and maintain cleaning quality to a very high level. Driving client engagement and patient/employee satisfaction is essential for the success of this role.

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
