Bilingual Inside Sales (German Speaking)

I am currently holding interviews for a client of mine in the Lansdale area. This position is for an Inside Sales representative working Monday through Friday 8:00 Am - 5:00 Pm.

Position responsibilities:

*Process all incoming orders in a timely manner.
*Manage VMI (Vendor Management Information) programs for selected accounts
*Work with Sales in ensuring customer concerns regarding orders and films are met
*Works with production to assure all delivery dates are met.
*Process all incoming orders into the computer system. Acknowledge all incoming orders to customers
*Update shipping schedule daily and maintain records of post-shipping records.
*Update and maintain customer price list.
*Type bills of lading for all shipments and export documentation.
*Communicate order information to customers as required.
*Upon order completion, forward instructions for shipping documentation and transportation.

Qualifications:

*Must be fluent in German

*Experience using an ERp or SAP system

*Experience with Microsoft Excel

*Excellent communication skills
