Provides administrative support for Directors within the Information Services team. Maintains positive, professional relationships with internal and external customers. Monitors and facilitates work flow, schedules and meetings. Exhibits initiative and knowledge to assure operations carry on in the usual manner in management's absence. Has excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills. Has time management and organizational skills and is self-directed. Has the ability to make quality, independent decisions. Has analytical and strong problem solving skills. Works effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines, high volumes and multiple interruptions. Maintains the strictest levels of confidentiality.

Basic Qualifications:

Education - Associate's Degree (or equivalent education and experience) in office administration or secretarial science

Experience - 3 years of experience in Secretarial/administrative support

Preferred Qualifications:

5 years of experience in supporting someone at the Director level or above. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are preferred. Highly skilled in Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, and Power Point
