Responsible for supporting the end-to-end credit management process, partnering with Credit Solutions Specialists.

Facilitates pre and post closing activities; Understands loan documentation requirements; Proactively determines appropriate response to past due status or missing loan documentation;

Timely documentation submission to Imaging Team; Completes GUS Loan Origination tasks within 24 hours of receipt (tasks will include ordering Good Standings, TAVIs, collateral, pricing, etc. same process as for any new deal); Completes appropriate action upon receipt of GUS generated "Final Decision" email; If loan is approved, engages DA/REO once all conditions are met (including coordinating SBA liaison); Orders preliminary Title Report and opens escrow; Orders appraisal and indicates CDC and SBA as intended users; Partners with the CDC on closing needs; Exhibits teamwork and builds relationships; Timely Document Submission to Imaging Team

Demonstrates basic understanding of loan documentation requirements and non-complex portfolios and ensuring adherence to Credit Policy, process, procedures and regulatory guidelines including GMS, Credit Risk, PMRC, etc. Monitors credit compliance through the timely collection of all required financial information, resolves documentation, collateral, past due exceptions and credit servicing problem resolution. Ensures data integrity in primary systems supporting our Global Commercial Bank lines of business; GMS, AFS, ACBS, VV, GUS, etc. Acts as primary liaison with client, client team, and Credit Services, managing the facilitation of credit originations, approvals, documentation, bookings, fee collection and renewals. Acts as a Customer/Client advocate. Addresses and escalates concerns /issues with a sense of urgency.

Required Skills:

-Portfolio management, loan servicing and support experience.

-Must have working knowledge of credit from Commercial LOB
