The Product Manager will be a member of the Deposit Product Management Team, within the Consumer Bank of JPMorgan Chase, which is responsible for managing Retail Consumer products and services. The team is responsible for multiple Consumer products and services that account for over $4 billion in annual non-interest revenue.
This position will be responsible for supporting the management of Monetary Instruments and Transaction Services, including: Personal Checks, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Travelers Checks, Foreign Currency, Wire Transfers, and Stop Payment services. The Product Manager will support product development, product strategy, and pricing. They will be directly responsible for customer experience items, risk and control processes, engaging with internal systems teams to ensure alignment of product needs and systems development, and management of external vendor relationships. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to think strategically, implement tactically, and work across functions.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of general banking experience, with at least 3 in Product Management, Finance, or Project Management
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrated vendor management capabilities
Ability to self-manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong project management skills
Advanced level Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint efficiency
Bachelor's Degree required
Knowledge of Retail Banking Systems and Operations is a plus
