Requirements:
High School diploma or G.E.D, required
Must have good computer skills and ability to type at least 20 wpm
Answer account related questions and/or offer an explanation regarding billing/invoice charges and inquiries
Must have the ability to demonstrate sales skills, offer world class customer service, explain the product and service offerings, and build rapport with the customer
