HCR ManorCare provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy. The Manager of Market Development (MMD) leads a regional sales team of internal and external marketing staff to establish business relationships in the local community that result in census and revenue growth that meet and exceed regional budget expectations. The MMD will manage marketing strategies for seven memory care centers in IL, one in KY and three in MI.

Educational Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field required; MBA preferred.

Position Requirements:

Minimum of five years sales management experience, preferably in health care services, products or pharmaceuticals; excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills required.
