Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides skilled nursing care for assigned patients in home care environment
- Assesses, plans, evaluates, and documents the home care nursing process as needed
- Assesses the patient's condition and the home environment
- Provides health care instruction to patient and family members
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- RN required in the state that you reside (must be active and unrestricted)
- 1+ year of high risk perinatal, antepartum, labor and delivery or obstetrical nursing
Preferred Qualifications:
- BSN
- Home care experience
- Proven ability of starting IVs on patients
