Our banking client's corporate headquarters is seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives (full-time and part-time)

Must Haves:
1 -Customer Service experience in an office setting
2 - Proficient computer skills to navigate banking software for client customers
3 - Great communication skills over the phone and email

Shift Availability:
-(2 open positions) Part time openings Monday - Friday from 4-8pm with possible Saturday coverage
- (2 open positions) Full time openings Monday - Friday with flexibility between 8am-8pm
- (1 open position) Full time opening Monday-Saturday with 1 day off during the week 8am-8pm flexibility

Job Description

  • The Customer Service representatives serve as the first line response for incoming customer calls
  • Serves as bank's first line of response on inbound customer telephone calls regarding all types of existing accounts and services.
  • Provides a superior level of service by maintaining a detailed personal knowledge base on all bank products and services
  • Relies on excellent verbal and written communication skills to fulfill customer requests and to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensures effective communication with the customer by utilizing superior verbal skills.
  • Handles basic customer complaints and problems without assistance by making independent decisions
  • Escalates when appropriate service issues to management.
  • Provides information on establishing new products or services, which requires a thorough understanding of what the Bank offers
  • Cross-sells these bank products and services to inbound customers by educating them about possible new ways of benefiting from the Bank's products and services.
  • Performs data entry when immediate maintenance is possible.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Degree or above is required
  • Must have at least 6+ months of phone customer service experience in a call center setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Microsoft knowledge and understanding of windows required
  • BILINGUAL SPANISH with fluent both English and Spanish would be a help!

Work Environment:

75 person call center and growing rapidly! There are 3 groups within the call center (Inbound, Internal Services to support retail banks staff members, and outbound)

Very nice corporate office in the heart of Lynn near North Shore Community College and the Lynn Commuter Rail. There is parking onsite and across the street. The office is a great culture with friendly people who want to mentor others and grow the operation.
