The CLG team includes Home Lending, Consumer Credit Card, Personal Loans and Lines, Direct Auto, Dealer Services, Commercial Auto, Retail Services and Education Financial Services including the professional services teams that partner with these businesses - Human Resources, Finance, Credit Risk, and Compliance & Operational Risk.

Our Consumer Financial Services (CFS) team supports our direct-to-consumer lending products and includes product management, strategy and innovation, loan operations, inbound/outbound sales, and project and systems management. These products include consumer credit cards, personal lines and loans, direct auto products (new, used, refinance), fee-based products and rewards programs.

Responsibilities:

Drafts, edits and formats basic to moderately complex technical manuals, project and/or other technical documentation Drafts and/or edits basic web content Researches and translates technical information for technical and non-technical users Conducts basic audience analysis Edits and/or reformats copy and ensures documentation is in compliance with corporate standards Follows established guidelines for organization and design of work May maintain document library or repository *Candidates may be asked to show examples of work.*

1+ years technical documentation and publication experience. Microsoft Office experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work successfully in a high volume environment Ability to consult with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) High attention to detail Demonstrated ability to communicate and build relationships with individuals at all levels Time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems Proven track record for writing/editing documentation Online publishing/content management experience Experience in a call center environment and customer service industry Experience with Open Text Content Management System Experience with writing procedures for non-technical audience Ability to read process maps College degree
