A glimpse of the job:

As a Seasonal Support Employee at the Organic Research Farm, you will work closely with the farm team as you take part in the planting, sowing and care of crops while working hands-on in the fields. In this role, you will gain unique skills and experience while learning about a new and exciting area of our business; growing you own passion and knowledge of products and agriculture along the way! This position requires flexible availability and the ability to work up to 30 hours per week. Position start & and dates will be staggered.

Work environment:

• Work takes place outside in various weather conditions
• Work includes walking, standing, kneeling, repetitive hand and arm movements, frequent heavy lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and reaching
