Job Description:
- Responsible for fielding inbound and outbound telecommunications
- Primary duty is to collect past due balances for service provided by client
- Conflict resolution and maintain high level of customer service
- Heavy data entry and Using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Qualifications:
- Strong data entry skills
- Must be able to type 40 words per minute
- Customer service experience
- Experience with conflict resolution and excellent Communication Skills
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 7am or 8am-12pm AND Sat, 9am-5pm OR/AND Sun, 11am-5pm or 1pm-9pm
- Saturday 1:00pm-9:00pm and Sunday 11am-5:00pm
Compensation: $12 per Hour
Once you go perm after 90 days- You can make $13-$15 with commission per hour
