We are looking for entry level Recruiting Coordinators to join Microsoft on their Redmond, WA campus. Candidates should be able to handle a high volume of work, handle change, and provide a high level of customer service. Interested candidates should apply to job posting or email their resume.
Job Responsibilities
- Scheduling college candidates for their first round interviews with the companyand creating full interview schedules for our technical interviewers
- Assisting in planning, organizing and preparing non-recruiter attendees for on-campus college events such as career fairs and companypresentations (no travel is involved)
- Building and leveraging relationships with internal/external contacts and candidates (career centers, faculty, former interns, students, student org leaders/advisors, technical interviewers at the company, alumni, recruiters, etc.)
- Completing administrative tasks such as posting job descriptions and submitting check requests
- Working with Staffing Associates and Staffing Consultants to support the overall recruiting process
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree and 1-2 years of customer service experience, recruiting experience, or relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote)
- Strong organization, attention to detail, cultural awareness, interpersonal, time management and problem solving skills
- Customer service and phone communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage high volume
