Description: This position is responsible for the maintenance of store stock as well as offering exceptional customer service. This organized and efficient team player has a talent for order and the ability to physically move and organize product shipments. The successful Stock Associate will quickly develop a thorough running knowledge of all product and remain in strict compliance with all Company polices and procedures. Qualifications:
Experience: At least 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
Ability to receive shipment - move, unpack and pack merchandise to Company standards in a timely manner.
Ability to work days, nights, holidays and weekends according to the needs of the business.
Ability to converse, read and write in English. Fluency in a secondary language preferred but not required.
Basic math functions and ability to multi-task and assist with other store functions as needed.
Physical requirements include the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, frequently reach with hands and arms, twist, bend frequently, stoop, squat, lift and carry up to 25 pounds and push/pull up to 45 pounds.
Ability to effectively maneuver within all areas of the sales floor and stock room.
Ability to ascend and descend ladders and to use and operate all store equipment as needed.
Ability to attend mandatory Company meetings.
Ability to effectively communicate with and professionally collaborate with Store Manager and store team.
Maintains brand integrity in all areas of visual displays and customer service.
Maintains cleanliness and organizational standards so that the store is a neat, clean and safe environment for all associates.
