Aerotek Professional Services is now seeking a proposal coordinator. The proposal coordinator will be responsible for assisting the publications team with desktop, writing, coordinating and editing work for various proposals.
25% - They will be reviewing proposals and ensuring there are no mistakes. If there are, they will be correcting them for submission. They will consider 2003 but 2007 is ideal.
50% - They will be responsible for collecting data and templates from various internal and external groups (such as subcontractors) and adding that information to the proposal.
25% - They will be formatting within WORD and EXCEL publicaiton submissions for accuracy
