Technical Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Technical Service Representative.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Manpower is currently recruiting for a Technical Service Representative for one of our clients in West Point, GA! Job Responsibilities: *Establish strong customer relationships with customer paint shop employees and managers. *Provide timely resolution to customers concerns, and quick troubleshooting of coatings problems. *Data collection with hand held instruments *Review vehicle quality, aid customer in resolving issues *Review process conformance *Inventory tracking and forecasting when required to provide the customer with an adequate supply of paint *Communication of issues - both internally to client and to customer Requirements: *High School Diploma or equivalent *College degree in chemistry, general science, or a related discipline. *0-12 years in a technical setting or automotive assembly plant environment. *Waterborne, Solventbornet, Powder, and Electrocoat technology experience preferred.
