Kitchen Aide - Full-time

The Kitchen Aide is a kitchen helper, a vital member of our back-of-the-house team. The Kitchen Aide works in a team-oriented, high volume, fast-paced environment to ensure guests and team members have a spotless, clean and safe environment and equipment.
Areas of Responsibility:
* Practices excellent time management skills and completes tasks within company time frames.
* Consistently practices proper sanitization procedures and follows the cleaning schedule. Documents the completion of assigned daily cleaning tasks.
* Utilizes effective and safe inventory and storage methods for food, paper products, dishes, serving utensils, cooking equipment and chemicals.
* Ensures food is labeled properly in the cooler, freezer and pantry.
* Works with the kitchen manager to maintain a kitchen environment that promotes safety and proper hygiene.
* Cleans dishes, utensils and equipment according to dietary procedures.
* Adheres to Federal, State, County and City regulations and laws.
* Maintain cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls and shelves of kitchen area.
