Responsibilities

Consultants will be 100% aligned with VES In-Building Management project requirements for completion of Enterprise customer In-Building coverage enhancements. Candidate will be responsible for coordinating in-building requests that result from RFP, RFI, customer generated requests, and sales team generated requests to solve for coverage gaps at in-building enterprise customer locations.

The IBR implementation process includes –

• Planning and coordination with regional network engineering and construction teams for evaluation of customer premises coverage enhancement requirements and installation of systems such as in-building repeaters, in-building macro towers, or in-building Distributed Antenna Systems
• The Consultant will act as the liaison between regional wireless teams and the customer providing consistent updates on project status, vendor coordination for building entry, and customer input pertaining to onsite building support and access to facilities throughout the coverage enhancement period (timeframes are typically greater than 6 months per project)
• Consultant also coordinates efforts pertaining to contractual acceptance of in-building terms with SSSM and sales leadership team, Offer Development team, and customer
• Consultant will work with designated HQ network project management resources on complex in-building customer deployment models

The Consultant, Sales Enablement, will be required to project manage over 75+ concurrent in-building projects simultaneously while prioritizing projects based upon return to the business aligned with VES Attack and Defend pillars. Project management will include coordination of contributing resources, ability to organize and report on status to sales leadership and drive conclusion of projects.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4-5 years relevant, professional level experience in reporting and analysis, project management, and extensive knowledge and understanding of wireless industry trends and key business drivers

• Advanced knowledge and skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PPT
• Strong database knowledge, database management skills, and experience with the VZW enterprise data warehouse
• Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multitasking with minimal supervision
• Advanced project management knowledge and skills, preferred
• Experience in business case development and analysis, preferred
