Aerotek is seeking out Customer Service Representatives for a contract-to-hire position with one of our Healthcare clients in the Aurora area.

Job Duties:

  • Handles 50-80 inbound/outbound calls
  • Researches and analyzes data to address operational challenges and customer service issues.
  • Provides external and internal customers with requested information.
  • Sets patients up with charity programs, payment plans, etc.
  • Works with customers for 120 days before sending to bad debt
  • Under immediate supervision, receives and places follow-up telephone calls / e-mails to answer customer questions that are routine in nature.
  • Uses computerized systems for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting.

Qualified Candidates will Have:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year minimum Call Center Experience
  • 1 year minimum Customer Service Experience
  • 6 months healthcare call center experience required - medicaid experience preferred
  • HIPAA experience preferred
  • Experience working with multiple screens/systems
  • Good attendance record and tenure with previous employment

Schedule:

Candidates will work four days a week, ten hours a day. They will have a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday off during the week.
