HR Admin/Recruiter
Bee Line Support, Inc. is a steadily growing commercial cleaning company, currently in need of a Human Resources Admin/Recruiter. There are many facets to this position so it is imperative that the chosen candidate be a self-starter capable of spear-heading numerous projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
- Bilingual (English-Spanish)
- Ability to translate documents from English to Spanish and vice versa
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Ability to navigate through various databases and systems
- At minimum 1 year of office experience
Recruitment Duties:
- Run ads in various newspapers and online job boards
- Update social media, including Facebook and Twitter
- Attend job fairs across Chicagoland
- Generate and update recruitment flyers
- Follow up with various recruiting contacts
- Utilize iCIMs to screen potential applicants
- Pre-screen and schedule interviews
- Send recruitment emails through iContact
HR Admin Duties:
- Run background checks and references
- Create and mail out newsletter quarterly
- Update employee schedules in WinTeam (online software)
- Hold orientations
- Update systems for new and terminated employees
