WORKING CONDITIONS:

This job requires working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The cook position involves working the back of house operational equipment, making delicious food to order for each guest, and ensuring the kitchen operations are running smoothly. The cook position involves multiple tasks at one time, making multitasking an essential function of this job. Once a guest has ordered, the cook gets their time to shine in making indescribably good food exactly as the guest has ordered. The cook is also responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and maintaining kitchen equipment appropriately.  The position involves physical movement, including standing or walking for prolonged periods of time.
