SHIFT: 8HOUR, Day EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part Time HRS PER PAY PERIOD: 40 JOB ID: 1500014549
In keeping with the Dignity Health core values, responsible for performing clerical duties in the Nursing Staffing Office.
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of varied clerical experience.
High school education or equivalent.
Maintains confidentiality of issues as necessary.
Excellent communication skills and maintains effective public relations with departmental clientele.
Must also have the ability to be an effective team member. A thorough knowledge of correct English usage, grammar, spelling, vocabulary and punctuation. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to use a variety of office equipment, FAX, telephones, copy machines, computer, typewriter, etc. A thorough knowledge of department organization, policies and procedures as well as a general knowledge of the Medical Center's structure. Establish and maintain clerical procedures and standards. Work independently and perform a variety of assignments.
